What to Expect from my Managing Agent?

  • Compile and send levy statements.
  • Collect levies and follow up on arrears.
  • Liaise with attorneys on accounts handed over
  • Manage the Monthly Accounts
  • Pay all Suppliers
  • Assist with Staff Payroll
  • Guidance on Annual Budget
  • Comprehensive Monthly Reporting
  • Prepare Financial Statements for Audit Submission.
  • Provide Levy Clearance Certificates
  • Arrange and attend (if necessary) AGM’s, SGM’s and Trustee or Directors Meetings.
  • Send Letters and Notices
  • Advise on how to comply with the STSMA
  • Assist with drawing up compliant Conduct Rules
  • Assist with enforcing the conduct or Management Rules
  • Source service providers
  • Assist with Insurance cover and annual renewal.
  • We open a separate bank account for our complexes covered by the EAAB fidelity fund
